You never translate a page yourself. Send us your WordPress or Webflow site. We translate it into the languages your buyers read and hand back an import-ready package: the page text, the page titles, the meta descriptions, the URL slugs, an hreflang map, and a right-to-left check for Arabic and Hebrew. A person checks the package before it goes out — what that check covers, and where it stops, is spelled out below. You never give us a login — we work from an export or from your public pages.

• Page text in each language, one file per page, ready to paste or import.
• SEO metadata: the <title> and meta description of every page, translated to fit their length limits, plus a translated URL slug.
• hreflang map: which URL is which language, as a table and as ready-to-paste link tags.
• Right-to-left check for Arabic and Hebrew: which parts of the layout need to flip, and what to change.
• A check by a person before it goes out: product names, currency and units are made consistent across every language, the right-to-left notes are written by hand, and the pages themselves are read — all of them at the Starter size, a sample of them at the Full site size, where the package runs to 300 files.

The package is yours. We install nothing, we host nothing, and nothing of ours runs on your site — the translated pages sit in your own WordPress or Webflow install, the same way the English ones do. So there is no monthly bill keeping them online, no word quota to run out of, and nothing of ours that can be switched off. If you never hear from us again, your multilingual site does not notice.

1. Pick a size below and pay. At checkout Stripe asks for your website address and the languages you want.
2. We look at the site and email you the page count, exactly what you will receive, and a delivery date before we start. If that does not fit, reply and you get a full refund. No form.
3. You send an export (WordPress: the built-in export file or a CSV; Webflow: the CMS export), or we work from the public pages.
4. You receive the package by email, with a note on where each file goes. Nothing is installed on your site by us.

Full refund at any point before delivery. After delivery, 14 days: if it does not fit your site, email us and it is refunded.

The first draft is machine translation — the same 27-language pipeline behind our Etsy Listing Translator — and a person then goes over it for structure, terms and layout: every page at the Starter size, a sample of the 300 files at the Full site size. That is what makes titles, slugs and right-to-left pages come out right; it is not the same as a native copywriter rewriting your marketing, and it is not a line-by-line human translation of all 50 pages.

It is not a plugin and not a subscription. It does not touch your site’s admin. It is not certified or legal translation: for contracts, medical or immigration documents, use a certified translator.

There is no word quota and no credits to run out of part way through: every page in the size you bought is translated, and the package is checked by a person, before anything reaches you. Putting the files into your site is still your step — we do not take a login, so that is the one part we cannot do for you. The note that comes with the package says where each file goes.

If one extra language is enough for you, use a free plugin instead and keep the $299. The TranslatePress listing on the WordPress plugin directory describes its free version as “select default language of the website and one translation language, for bilingual sites”, and lists both unlimited extra languages and its SEO Pack — the part that translates the page title, meta description and URL slug — under the premium version. We read that listing on 2026-09-13; plugins change, so check it yourself before you decide either way.

That is the real choice in front of you, and it is not free against $299: it is a subscription you keep running yourself against a one-off package you own. Pay us when you want 3 or more languages with their titles and slugs translated too, and you would rather not do that work or keep paying to keep it online.

We translate from English into any of these: French, German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Portuguese, Japanese, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, Turkish, Ukrainian, Russian, Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Traditional), Korean, Arabic, Hebrew, Greek, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Thai, Hindi. If your site is in another language, email us before you pay and we check that pair first.

Payment is handled by Stripe on Stripe’s pages; your website address and the languages you enter there are used only to do this work. This page counts that it was visited and that a button was pressed (the path and the date, nothing else: no cookie, no IP address). It also sends two requests of its own that are nothing but a path: one once the page has loaded, saying only that a browser ran it — and, if you arrived here by one of our own links, the short name of that link — and one when you press an order button, saying only which of the two was pressed.
